After a successful 30-day risk-free trial period, SCPMCS entered into a three-year licensing agreement for the SymKey® for EZ-CAP® Professional Claims module, effective October 2009.

MedPOINT Management - Woodland Hills, Calif.

MedPOINT Management, HCIM’s newest client, signed a three-year licensing agreement for the SymKey® for EZ-CAP® Professional Claims module and Virtual Auto-Post™ module in February 2010. A mid-March installation and go live is scheduled.

North American Medical Management of Illinois (NAMM - IL) - Hillside, Ill.

NAMM signed an addendum to their existing SymKey® for EZ-CAP Professional and Hospital Claims modules three-year licensing agreement to add the SymKey® for EZ-CAP® Move 1 to 5 Kwik Utility in February 2010. The utility uses SymKey automation to move claims from status 1 to 5, which provides more flexibility in which claims to include in a check run.

HCIM’s Development Team completed five custom SQL queries/reports for NAMM in January 2010.
NAMM assisted HCIM with the business requirements definition and testing of two new standard scenario actions - "Create Exact Claim Copy" and "Reverse," which will be included in SymKey® for EZ-CAP® v. 1.31. Read More >>

SymKey® for EZ-CAP® DataWing Auto-Post Module

HCIM and DataWing Software, an HCIM business affiliate, began work in January 2010 on a collaborative effort to create a SymKey® for EZ-CAP® DataWing Auto-Post™ Module that will automatically post data from DataWing Software’s Eligibility Manager® and DataTug™ applications into EZ-CAP’s Eligibility module. SymKey® for EZ-CAP version 2.0

HCIM is currently developing SymKey® for EZ-CAP version 2.0 to be compatible with EZ-CAP 6.0, and to contain expanded functionality from SymKey® for EZ-CAP version 1.x. SymKey®2.0 is scheduled for a third quarter release in 2010.

 

HCIM to assist Physicians United Plan, Inc. (PUP) with EZ-CAP Configuration Refinement
