Chris Weber is a strategic operator and finance leader dedicated to driving organizational excellence. As Chief of Staff and VP, Strategic Finance at HCIM, he works cross-functionally on the firm’s strategic initiatives and spearheads FP&A, corporate development, and M&A activities.

Prior to joining HCIM, Chris spent over a decade at Truffle Hound Capital, a global value investment firm, serving on both the investment and operations teams. As a senior investment analyst, he performed in-depth, bottom-up due diligence on more than 100 global equities across geographies, industries, and market caps. Chris concluded his tenure at Truffle Hound Capital as Co-Chief Operating Officer, acting as a strategic partner to the CEO and leading global trading, investor relations, and business development.

Chris received a B.A. cum laude in Economics from Harvard University and has called the Washington, D.C. area home for nearly 15 years. He is a passionate student of value investing—having attended the Berkshire Hathaway annual meeting five times—and enjoys traveling internationally with his family in his free time.
