With over 25 years in the technology industry, Cristian is a dynamic engineering leader currently serving as Vice President of Software Engineering at HCIM. In this role, he leads the evolution of HCIM’s product and technology strategy while championing a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence.

Cristian has a long-standing track record of building and scaling high-performing engineering teams, driving complex product development efforts, and delivering impactful solutions across software development, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture. Before joining HCIM, he held key leadership roles, including Director of Engineering at Optum and Change Healthcare, and Manager of Software Engineering at Wells Fargo, where he led large-scale cloud migrations and launched cloud-native products that accelerated business growth and delivered lasting value to clients.

Cristian holds an MBA in Information Technology from the University of California, Irvine, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest, Romania. He lives in Southern California with his wife and two daughters. Outside of work, Cristian enjoys hiking, biking, trail running, and cheering on Spanish League soccer.
