Michelle is committed to the unique culture of HCIM and leads corporate initiatives including the Colleague Engagement and Community Outreach programs.

Prior to joining HCIM, Michelle held roles in operations, client relations, and marketing roles in the construction and energy sectors with organizations like Gilbarco Veeder-Root and SMA America.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, she is an active volunteer and foster. She currently volunteers with the Humane Society of Davie County, working to support animal welfare initiatives.
