Troy is a experienced software development professional with over 25 years of experience. As Director Application Development, he leads the development team.

Before joining HCIM, Troy held senior positions such as Lead Application Developer, Analytic Consulting Services Manager, and Lead Software Engineer at various organizations. His expertise in computer science has been honed through his education at Prairie View A&M University and Southwestern University.

Troy is a lifelong Texas resident and gives back to his community by sharing his knowledge of horses with young people who are inexperienced or otherwise would not have access to animals.
