Check CMS’ website for the 2014 General Equivalence Mappings (GEMs) for diagnosis codes and inpatient procedure codes. The GEMs show forward/backward mapping between the 2014 ICD-9-CM codes and the 2014 ICD-10 codes. CMS has announced that they will post the 2014 Reimbursement Mappings in October 2013.
