Answer: SymKey downloads data from EZ-CAP (Adjustment Codes, Procedure Codes, Providers/Vendors, Place of Service) when you log in so the data it lists in scenario options will be up to date when a SymKey module is opened. Also, since databases can have different information from one to the next, the downloaded data will refresh when switching between EZ-CAP databases in SymKey.
In the current release, SymKey will download Adjustment Codes as soon as you enter the module. The other data is only downloaded if it is required by a selected scenario (i.e. checking the Change Provider scenario checkbox will alert you that it will now download the most current list of providers and vendors from the EZ-CAP tables).
