Their Enterprise level agreement includes access to the entire SymKey® for EZ-CAP® suite of solutions, including the Professional, Hospital, and Virtual Auto-Post™ modules for all seven of HPN’s sites. As an added bonus, HPN will receive an unlimited number of SymKey® processing engines at no additional charge, which allows them to process a limitless volume of claims 24 hours a day, seven days a week. SymKey® can auto-adjudicate claims with little or no manual intervention, so HPN’s claims staff can focus on more complex tasks. It also affords them the ability to grow their business without the increased operational cost of additional claims processors.
